Get Involved in SCP’s Section on Ethnic and Racial Diversity

The Division 17(SERD) invites students and ECP’s of the Division to become involved in the work of the section! My foci in my final term as the Section Chair, is to (1) increase the visibility of students and ECPs committed to the mission of the section and (2) make the history and contributions of the Section readily accessible to Section and Division membership, and the broader public. We are beginning to open leadership roles to students that have not previously been held by our student representatives. Additionally, we are compiling information about previous leadership members, SERD award winners, and editions of the Diversity Factor. This is an exciting time to be involved in SERD!
